These inflatable tubs have improved greatly, the quality is there now and they are well worth having a look at instead of the more expensive permanent models.
Running costs should also a big consideration. Maintaining and heating a hot tub is not cheap and there is a massive variation on these things depending on the type, size and manufacture of your tub.

Set up
Set up is extremely easy and with a bit of practice you can have the tub up and ready for water in about 10 minutes. Obviously the water needs to go in than and it needs to get up to temperature, this will take a while so you need to be patient or plan to do the set up a few hours before you want to use it.
Once the initial set up is done then you can use the timer to have the water just how you like it for when you want to use it.
Maintenance
Its important to keep the water clean and I dont just mean free from leaves and looking clear. There are several factors that need regulated and I would advise that you buy a cleaning kit that will Test PH, Total Chlorine, Free Chlorine, Total Alkalinity, Cyanuric Acid andTotal Hardness at the same time. This will keep your water in perfect condition and let you know if you need to use chlorine tablets or other types of additives to keep everything as it should be.
All Lay-Z-Spas include a water filtration system to help keep your water clear. This includes two filter cartridges and a housing. The manufacturer recommends using Clearwater Chemicals, which are designed specifically for use with Lay-Z-Spa but there are plenty of different chemicals available.
Value for Money
Of course value for money is always important but with an expensive purchase like this then you are prepared to spend, to get something that you will love to use. The Miami model is great value though. The initial purchase is very reasonable and it is pretty cheap to run and maintain.
My Verdict on the Lay-Z-Spa Maldives Luxury Hot Tub
The Lay-z-spa brand is excellent and we would advise that you choose a major manufacturer such as this for reliability and customer backup.
This entry level model is a great way to get started with a hot tub and you definitely won't be disappointed. Nearly all buyers loved this model and I have to agree that it works brilliantly.
